Patient Services – Intermittent service due to Internet issues

We have been informed that there are regional issues with internet sources at the moment and this may affect our Patient Services operation – If you are unable to log on at present please try again later.  The IT Team are aware of the issues and are working towards a solution.  Thank you for your understanding.

These issues are also affecting the POD (Prescription ordering Direct) – They are offering a service whereby they are calling patients back

Patient Services Website Issues

We have been made aware that patients are experiencing issues when trying to access the Patient Services website.  We have reported the issue to our clinical technical team who are working to rectify this as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience during this time.
