If you are a patient who previously had online access, please note that you will now need to register with a new service as we have recently changed our clinical system. As an existing online user you will not need to bring in your ID for verification. Please ensure your telephone number and email address held at the practice are correct. We are in the process of sending patients their new details to enable them to register with the new provider (Patient Access). If your prescriptions are due now please contact the reception and they will be happy to verify your details over the phone and you will receive your new details within a few days.
