Cancel or Change a Hospital Appointment
If you wish to cancel or change an Outpatient appointment a University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW), please contact the Appointment Booking Team on 0800 252 060 or visit the UHCW website.
Please note that the Team are not able to cancel or change any Radiology appointments (Ultrasound, MRI or x-ray) you will need to telephone the main hospital 02476 964000 and ask to be transferred to the Radiology Appointments Team.
