Community Wellbeing Service
Do you feel like you need some support? If you are struggling with your mental health and don’t know where to turn, or would just like some information about services in your local area, Coventry and Warwickshire's MIND Community Wellbeing Service is here to help. Woodside has a Community Wellbeing Service which can be accessed by our patients. The aim of this service is to provide:
- A brief one-to-one assessment appointment with a trained Mental Health Advisor lasting up to 30 minutes
- Advice and Guidance to direct you to the right support services locally to suit your needs
- Self-help and coping strategies to assist you in managing your mental health and wellbeing
- A patient information booklet about the services we offer at Woodside is available – Please ask one of our receptionists for a copy
