Woodside Medical would like to invite you to use Patient Partner

Patient Partner is an automated Repeat Prescription Service supplied to the surgery by Voice Connect. Please telephone 02475 102975 where you will be prompted to set up a unique PIN number. Once the PIN has been set up you will be able to choose which repeat medication items you wish to order by following the prompts on the telephone.

If patients forget their PIN number the Care Navigators at the surgery are able to re-set this. Patients can call the number when the surgery is closed to order their repeat medications.

The service is available 24/7, seven days a week. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.
