To all patients registered at woodside medical centre

Please ensure that if you are unable to attend an appointment that you have booked at the surgery to see one of our clinicians, that you cancel it, so that this can be offered to another patient who needs it. 

If we hold your mobile phone number on your record, you will receive a text reminder for Face-to-Face appointments with a link, which will enable you to easily cancel the appointment if it is no longer needed.

In November 2024 the surgery wasted 115 appointments, which equated to 35.50 hours of wasted clinical time.
