Learning Disability Friendly Practice
Our Learning Disability Friendly Badge application was considered on the 18th of October 2024 at a panel meeting and we are pleased to confirm that Woodside Medical Centre has been successful with its application and is now accredited with the Learning Disability Friendly Badge and is classed as a Learning Disability Friendly Practice.
The practice works hard to improve the care for people with a learning disability.
- Care Quality Commission (CQC) has validated and approved this accreditation and it will positively support future inspections.
- This accreditation is valid for 5 years.
